Initiate Your Request
Log into your George Walkers account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
